Building and Household Surveillance Monitor Solution

With the maturation and development of network technique, idea of network and intelligence has been an import factor for people to select office location and estimate convenience of in habitation in recent years. Living in intelligent buildings, people can not only exchange information data quickly, but also control lighting and air condition system through network.


Requirement:
1,Take advantage of abundant network resource in the building and develop multiple video business thereon. Digitize  analog video signals to realize resource sharing. Reduce the difficulties of project implement greatly. Users can connect video to closest network node easily
2, For opening network structure, we also considered standard and opening system platform in our design. Users can install a central server software in management centre to realize users authentication, priority distribution, lens grouping management, system alarm control, centralized record and search management, etc. Client-ends can conduct administrator authorization by IE, together with client end software provided by us, which is quite convenient for installation and operation. 
3, For a building surveillance system, extra spots might be added with the development of surveillance requirement, such as for parking site, public places or outdoor places. Besides the redundancy of design, we also considered the random expansibility of system, that is no need to change existed surveillance system and as less hardware to be added as possible. 
4, We adopted modularization design for the system. For system expansion, users only need to add IP camera and update software, no need to update central server and client-end hardware to save cost.
 
Solution features
  Based on different users and buildings, this solution provides optional IP camera, IP video server and IP speed dome to collect image information. After professional video compression, analog signals are transferred to digital signals and transmitted to management centre by network system in the building. Working with linkage alarm system and uninterrupted record/storage system, it can realize the full management of building security. Leaders can remote control and manage the system at any time and from anywhere.
 
System Performance
  Due to complicated surveillance requirement of intelligent buildings, it is quite important to provide a complete digital video management application platform. 1,Based on TCP/IP, it is a high intelligent digital video surveillance system which is characterized as decentralized surveillance, centralized management, integrated functions, easy operation and high opening. The system has integrated functions as IP surveillance, system alarm, linkage equipment, temperature/humidity collection etc.
2,  Adopted modularization design, the system has almost all the functions which can be provided by security system. It can not only support IP surveillance, system alarm, linkage equipment, temperature/humidity collection, electronic map etc, but also be compatible with analog surveillance equipments, such as matrix control, DVR etc. It makes possible to upgrade existed surveillance system in buildings.
3, Based on TCP/IP protocol, the system breaks away from the limitation of areas to meet demands of across-area decentralized surveillance and centralized management. Therefore users can monitor local area and visit images remotely as well.
4, Graded users can visit their own authorized spots through network at any time and from anywhere, which can improve the security of system.
With the development of network technique, video surveillance technique can meet the demands of high stability, high reliability and easy installation/maintenance unless it develops in the direction of network-trend and modularization. After longtime practical application and running of kinds of surveillance products, IP video surveillance based on built-in WEB server will provide a new method for building security management.

5, Expansibility
Sufficient space for expansion is considered for future development of system in our design. Expansion and upgrade can be easily realized when needed.
6,Lower cost greatly
Remote control can be realized directly through existed Ethernet. The cost can be reduced greatly as CCTV can be left out, switcher and wire matrix can be reduced.
7,  Easy for upgrade
System can be upgraded directly through Internet or Ethernet when new function added, no need to disassemble equipments.
8, Record before alarm
It can be set to record as alarm is touched off, which can be used for witness after the event.
9,Password needed for users
Authorities can be distributed to graded users to prevent changes of camera configuration and filch of images.
